Every product we ship (except otherwise indicated) is factory-sealed and covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.
a) We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from our original ship date for most (NOT ALL) merchandise only on sealed and unopened products.
b) A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained. The product MUST be received by the designated warehouse within 20 days after the RA# is issued. RA#'s will expire after 20 days of the issuance, with no exceptions. RA#'s are non-renewable. All returns without RA# will be rejected.
c) Defective items are eligible for repair/service directly through the Original Manufacturer at no cost to customer. Please contact the Original Manufacturer for warranty entitlement policies. Returns due to technical malfunction can only be accepted through original manufacturer authorization.
d) Customer is responsible for all return shipping / insurance / handling charges to the designated warehouse.
e) All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. Do not write / make any marks on the original packaging, as this makes the products "unsalable" and hence we can not accept the returned product.
f) Returned merchandise must be handled with the utmost care and all its components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables & accessories must be included.
g) The returned product/s will be received and verified by the receiving warehouse staff. The receiving warehouse staff will inspects all returns and we reserve the right to reject merchandise that does not meet the criteria.
h) After 30 days, or if the merchandise is opened, customer MUST obtain the manufacturer's authorization for all returns. DAVTECH Computer Center does not accept opened box products.
i) We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all return items that are opened or returned later than 30 days of original ship date.
j) Restocking fee charge on all return items that are returned later than 60 days is 50% and the customer is responsible for returning the product to the designated warehouse.
k) Customer credit will be issued within 30 days after our warehouse staff inspections.
l) We reserve the right to change this policy any time without notice.
